When it's time to relax and unwind....whats your favorite cocktail?

As a bartender/mixologist it's tough to choose.  There are soooo many great cocktails.  For me I love a Orange Blossum. OJ, Sweet Vermouth, Gin.  It's potent, but tasty and hits the spot.  Fellow young professionals.... whats in your glass?

Anything peachy!
Either a glass of wine or a dirty martini but it has to be very dirty, dry, and with extra olives please. =)
Anything peachy sounds good. One of those relaxing drinks after a long day.

Hey Dar,

A glass of wine for a chill day, is the dirty martini for one of those stressful days or is that just your drink?

I love myself a Mojito! But I'm a big Jack and Diet drinker :-)...although for the summer may go back to a Seven and Seven.. :-)
A dirty martini can be for "one of those days" or if I'm in the mood for olives! Weird, yes I know. But now that it's Summer I like to get a fruity drink if I'm at the beach like a Pina Colada.

NICE, Sharif! I was just going to say, if it's just me chillin', particularly outdoors, then it's no cocktail at all. If I had my choice, I'd fix myself a highball of Jack Single Barrel or Gentleman Jack. Up or on the rocks just depends on my mood. I'm relaxing, I just want to sip and enjoy.
