The Desktop Support Analyst is the first line of support for our local and remote users. It is responsible for handling incoming telephone calls, email communications, creating trouble tickets and to assist with user requests (or escalate as required), and other duties as assigned.
• PC Desktop and Laptop Hardware knowledge
• Printer configuration and support
• Microsoft Windows XP\Vista\7 Operating System
• Microsoft Office 2003/2007 Productivity Suites
• Outlook 2003/2007 email client
