I work for ADP as a District Manager and I meet with CEO's, CFO's, HR and Operations Managers to discuss their business and identify areas where an ADP partnership can help to streamline administrative functions, ensure compliance, enhance employee recruitment & retention efforts while lowering labor-related expenses. I'm continually prospecting, cold calling, marketing and trying to engage with C-level executives at companies employing 50-500 employees.
