I recently started a program (along w my step mom) called Focus T25 - I have a very busy schedule and absolutely HATE the gym. My challenge team has been supportive. Mom lost 6 lbs already and we are just in week 3 of our routine. We workout 25 min (+3 min stretching) at home. Here is my site: www.beachbodycoach.com/littlemsroxy.
