My bosses (a lovely married couple with two adorable daughters) are renting out the upstairs two-bedroom apartment in their two-family home in Hawthorne, NJ, right on the border of Hawthorne & Ridgewood. They are native English speakers who speak Spanish at home, so it would be an ideal arrangement for a Spanish-speaker.
