The NJ Festival of Ballooning is a 3 day event that features food, music, vendors, and of course hot air balloons! Gather up your NJYP friends and head over any day you can. We are using the NJYP event calendar as a way to bring those interested together.

Balloon Glow (Saturday only):
The signature event at a hot air balloon festival, the balloon glow has been compared to Christmas in July or flickering Japanese lanterns. At predetermined signals, the pilots blast the propane burners, which releases a burst of fire into the balloon. The balloons "glow" like huge fireflies, a truly magical scene, and one not to be missed! The balloon glow occurs during the Saturday evening concert beginning at sundown.

Balloon Ascensions:
The balloons go up at 6:30 a.m & 6:30 p.m (depending on weather conditions).

What to bring:
Outside food and drink are NOT permitted (you can buy food/drink inside).
The concerts are lawn seating (unless you buy a seat for the concert) so bring blanket and beach/lawn chairs.
