Strenuous = you must have hiked up and down a BIG hill before for four or more hours without crying

Looks like I am going and bringing one of the guys from my Team. He is a medic which is always good to have in the mountains.

Noah, how "strenuous" is strenuous? I am afraid I might not be able to make it..

OK! I'm in! (But ONLY if we all stop to get pie and hot dogs afterward.)

Mt. Minsi's views of the Delaware River and its surroundings are only second to the views from NJ's very own Mt. Tammany. That being said, it's a very very close second. Come join me on one of my favorite hikes in PA that features a spectacular climb up to 1461' above sea level. Hope to see you all!

Also, this hike will be followed by a trip to everyones favorite country bakery (only 1/2 mile from the parking lot) the cheap apple pie/hot dog deal!
