Camden/Gloucester/Burlington County Events

Hey everyone,

Is there a large portion of people from Central/Southern NJ in this group? I'm wondering if I should host an event south of Trenton to make it a little easier for us southies to get to :) Let me know your thoughts.

I live near Trenton and work near Mt. Holly. So I'd be interested in something down South.

- happy hour at the High Street Grill in Mt. Holly...

- try to organize a beer tasting at the Blue Monkey in Pennsauken...

- wine tasting at Total Wine in Cherry Hill...

...food drink for thought.

I think that there has been interest in the past, but it's been tricky to get enough people involved to create regular events down there. I'm originally from Cherry Hill, so I'd love to see NJYP grow down there.

I'd recommend that if you're interested in making this happen, get your local friends to join and express the same kind of enthusiasm. I think that's where growth in events in and around Red Bank, for example, came from.

I remember doing a Cherry Hill Happy Hour when I worked in Princeton. Loved it; there were some nice places but I can't remember them off the top of my head. Think Elephant and Castle is still there.
