New Brunswick is a little far for me, but I think it's worth the extra driving time to network with other marketers. I thought the cocktails/dinner format last time worked pretty well, though it might be helpful to encourage more one-on-one networking after the whole group dinner discussions. Maybe pick a coffee shop near the restaurant to adjourn for a light dessert?

So, I think this time we are going to have the event open to everyone. NJYP and NJP members are free but anyone who's not a paid member will be charged a small fee. This way I can get more people involved in the marketing community.

So great to see everyone last night! We had our 3rd successful Dinner for Marketing Professionals. I think there were 14 of us total this time! Lots of new faces. It was so great meeting everyone.

I've been setting these up every other month, so the next one will most likely be in July. I'm thinking of having it in Somerville or back in Morristown again. Any thoughts?

Sorry for the late notice, but I'm hosting a networking event tonight in Little Falls. It's perfect for all of you who complained that New Brunswick was too far south!

"The Social Media Coffeehouse" looks to put the "social" back into social media. We're looking for folks in social media, marketing, technology, or any field these touch to network, make new connections, and learn from our monthly speakers.
