I am brand new to NJYP. I am looking to develop some social networks as most of my friends are married now, having kids etc.

I know the feeling! You've come to the right place. I've been involved since May, and now I can't imagine being without the folks I've met in NJYP since that time!

Nice use of the blog feature as an icebreaker, by the way. I don't see it used very often here. I may have to follow suit on my profile!
