Roommate needed - Central Jersey - ish 2

So it'll cost me $300 to $450 more a month to live in NJ if I don't find a roommate to split an apartment with. I'm currently hunting for apartments and just want to live somewhere in central jersey so I can easily get to my job. Preferably close to a city such as Princeton or New Brunswick as that would mean we're near some nightlife. I'm looking to pay between 500 and 800 a month in rent, a real possibility if you're getting a 2BR apartment.

Sooo....

Looking for a YP as a roommate. Gender doesn't matter. Neatness is a plus, but as long as you're not a slob I'm fine with it.

It's a bit further than I would normally like, but it's close to the beach which makes it very tempting. I'd be willing to look around there as well if you're willing to consider slightly west of that too.

Sorry, I own, so am not able to move...keep it in mind though as you search. It is nice to be close to the beach :)

It's a 2BR, 2 full bath condo. One bath is in the master BR and the other is next to the second bedroom off of the living area, so basically it is a private bath with it's own linen closet. First floor, very quiet neighbors in a desirable development in Tinton Falls (Park Place II) with off-street parking. Parkway North entrance is literally less than 2 miles away (exit 102), and Routes 18, 35, 36 and 34 are under 10 minutes away. The second BR is 10x12 with a fairly deep double door closet inside. Spacious, nicely furnished open living room/dining room with sliding doors onto small patio. Open kitchen layout with dishwasher and washer/dryer off of kitchen in utility room. Drive to Red Bank, Long Branch or Belmar in 15 minutes. I'll get some pictures in the next day...just finishing cleaning up the Christmas decorations!!

Sounds great, but you forgot the most important part - the $$$! How much a month, utilities, etc. :-) thanks for the rapid replies.

Lol, ooops!! $600 inclusive...internet, satellite TV, utilities included...I have regular DSL now for internet, but am going to get wireless ASAP

I'm joining the roommate search too... I live in Toms River, about 20 minutes to Seaside (yes, the "Jersey Shore" town). I have a room to rent in my house, and live alone. Any interest, please message me. Thanks!
