Hey everyone!

What's your New Year's resolution?  Are you still on track?

I just joined NJYP earlier this month.  One of my resolutions is to actually attempt to network this year.  So this is me trying to make an effort, haha :-P . Feel free to 'friend' me.  I'm looking forward to meeting and getting to know many of you, either in-person or online!

Oh my, broken some of my 2011 resolutions in the first week :-(
Will try to restart next Monday ...
Oh and warm welcome to NJYP :-)

Innocent.

One of my resolutions was to eat more healthy and go to the gym more. So far I'm good with the gym part - just joined a new class last night and I think I will keeping with it; it's great workout. As far as eating more healthy - I think i'm getting there.

I would like to network more too. So nice to see you on here Ruby and hope to meet you soon!! Happy New Year!

How are you?!  I just joined as well... I have a similiar resolution.  I decided to work a 'lil less and get out there

and meet some new and interesting people in the new year!

p.s.  can you make it stop snowing... winter stinks!  looking forward to njyp Spring events!

Be well and best of luck!

Hey welcome to NJYP and I just joined a few months ago.  My resolutions was to make more friends and hit the gym more so far so good but you know how the second always ends up.

welcome! So far, I've actually kept all of my resolutions (or mostly). One of them was to get out more and meet more people (kinda hard to do without a car but I'm trying). I've met some nice people through NJYP. Come out to the "formal" events or the informal ones planned by members.

Hi everyone!

To everyone who's doing the "be more social/network more" resolution - you're in the right place. I am one of many doing that, so if you're ever shy or looking to meet people, just contact me! I'll happily help you out, introduce you to people at events, etc etc.

As for other resolutions - 15 pounds down since Jan 1st, taking the lessons I wanted, and already researching the sky diving lessons I want to take (bad idea to take them in the winter). So far so good!

Hi Keith -

Will look out for you once I make it to some events.

Congrats on the 15 lbs!

My resolution is on track and I'm poised to have a great year. Hope you all do.  Set a goal and get it!!!

Resolutions?...What are those?

My resolution is to have a social life for 2011.  One of my steps was joining this site so that I can connect with both male & females.  I have a great circle of friends that I love however we all have our lives....work, kids, school, house, etc...so it not as easy to get together like the old days.  All of them are married as well and with me single, I'm left going out at times by myself (which I dont mine either).  But at the same token, it's nice to go out with someone and have adult conversations..... I'd like to have more conversations outside of dora the explorer with my 18 month old daughter. ;)

So Im in full effect with building my circle of friends.

@ Keith...Good luck with the sky diving stuff!

Hey Ruby, welcome to NJYP!

My resolution is to keep going to the gym to lose another 15lbs and attempt to have a social life this semester. It's difficult to work full time and do graduate school part-time as well. So far I've kept up with working out and have attended a couple of events.

Hope to meet you at a future event!
