RVCC had scheduled a 6 week pastry course at their Bridgewater campus.  The class was supposed to start this Saturday, February 12, but...they're trying to cancel it due to lack of enrollment.  So, this is a last ditch effort to see if there are a few more people out there interested in committing their next 6 Saturday mornings (starting at 8am) to puff pastry, cream puffs, cannoli, cinnabons, and apple strudel, and keep the class from being cancelled!  

 

The class is "Rolling in the Dough" and the course description is on p. 19 of the attached link (ignore the start date and time - it really is this Saturday at 8am).  If you are seriously interested, please bounce me a message and I'll keep you posted as to whether they'll re-open enrollment!

It's all hands on -- you get your own work area/industrial mixing bowl, and share state of the art cooking ovens, etc.  It seems you walk out with a lot of food too (to share with co-workers or enjoy yourself)!
