Looking for a Christian liberal church

I moved here from the Midwest about 6 months ago and have yet to find a church to attend. I am looking for a Christian, non denominational, open minded church. I would like to find something that is larger in size, supports the local community, has opportunites to volunteer, and is a place where it doesn't feel like the walls are going to burn down when I enter. If anyone could point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it.

I just joined this awesome church. It's in Mountainside tho, so a bit far for you. It's called Oasis Church, it's a new church just opened Last September, so the congregation is slowly growing. Here is a link to its website. http://oasis-church-nj.com/ Services are at 11AM and there are tons of opportunity to volunteer and connect groups to join.
