Anyone a Real Estate Lawyer?

Hey fellow NJYP members,

I am in the process of purchasing a property and have been informed that it is in my best interest to have a real-estate lawyer as my attorney of record. Rather than going through the phone book I wanted to see if anyone here is licensed in NJ and would be willing to make some money and help me in the process. Please let me know via email or just by posting on this forum. Thanks.

Hi Kokil,

I am a licensed attorney in NJ. However, I do not practice real estate law so I am most definitely not the person to have representing you. What county do you live in? You can contact your county bar association and request a referral for a real estate attorney that represents buyers.
