Restaurant Week in NYC

NJYP members who LOVE exploring NYC restaurants... it's Winter Restaurant Week for an extended 2 week engagement this winter starting January 25-February 7; with prix fixe lunches and dinners, from a huge number of New York's best restaurants. Hi all - i too am interested in the NYC Restaurant Week, so if a consensus is reached about place and date/time, i would definitely join (schedule permitting). I have a friend (also NJYP member) who also wants to attend, but he can only do Friday or weekend.
I will follow this thread to see if something is planned. Thanks!

Hey, it's wonderful to get a response... after researching & trying to pinpoint a varied option, here are three places I have come up with. Take a look and see what you like & get back to me. We can do Jan 29th or feb 5/6th. So let me know and tell me what dates work best.. we'll get a final count & make reservations (feel free to bring a friend, if you care or another fellow NJYP member). Should be fun to meet for intimate gathering.

Great options Tracy! I am pretty much open to any of them, they are all interesting for their own reasons, so i am good with Japanese food, American-French cuisine, or Modern American fare.
I do think the date picked should be a Friday because the Restaurant Week specials do not apply for Saturdays (so Feb 6th would not be good).
I can go with either Friday - Jan 29th or Feb 5th. I will soon confirm about my friend.

February 5th works for me! Any restaurant is fine!

I can't do this Friday. I am free the 5th though... If I can make it, that will be great, but if you guys end up going 1/29 - HAVE FUN :-)
