Hi all,

I am not new to the area but I am looking to expand my circle of friends. At this stage in my life the majority of my friends are either married, have kids or have moved out of Jersey or just don't like to go out. With that being said, I am looking to make some new friends who still enjoy going out and having fun. I live in Morris County and would love to find people to hang out with. If this situation is similar to yours and or you are new to the area lets meet up.

Hi all!

It really is nice and reassuring to see so many people that are in the same situation. A lot of my friends are getting married, live in different parts of the state, have different schedules, etc. and it makes it pretty difficult to meet up and go out. I live in Middlesex County, but I am certainly up for going anywhere a little north or south of me.

I haven't been to an event yet, as I just joined NJYP yesterday =) But I can't wait to get out and meet everyone!

Feel free to add me as a friend, comment, message me... I'd love to make some great friendships out of this!!

Michelle! Hi, I live in Morris Plains also...and know absolutely no-one in my town!

I live here, but work in Bergen county..I would love to have a friend to grab dinner or a movie or drinks with...or (gasp) even work out with. I have been meaning to get into better shape for over ten years lol good thing I am thin.

What days/ eve's are usually easiest for you?
Hi everyone,

Hope all is well. Was wondering if anyone was up for meeting up this weekend. I was thinking either Happy Hour on Friday or something on Saturday. Let me know, but please post on my page, it's easier to keep track that way.
Hi Michelle,

I joined this organization just a few days ago and am exploring this site. I just saw your post and I can relate to your situation. I used to live in Jersey City and commuted to NY for school and then work and so most of my friends were in the city. I moved back to my hometown in Morris county for work recently and haven't really made a lot of new friends.

It's nice to meet you.
Hey Michelle,

I don't live in Morris County. I'm in Middlesex but definitely in the same boat as you. Many of my friends are married, have kids or just don't feel like doing anything. I'm all about going out and doing fun stuff. If you ever want to get a group together and hit up a lounge or bar let me know. :-)

Nice to meet you

Tina
HI,

Is anyone up for meeting either tonight or tomorrow at lunch time?
Hey Shannon-

I'm also in Monmouth County. I'm always down to hang out with new people. Send me a message and we can try to meet up sometime!

Just chiming in. I'm in the same boat as those posting in this thread. I live in Monmouth County so I'm always looking for people who live closer to me for local things like dinner, movie, etc.
Sorry I didn't respond, home sick today so unfortunately this weekend doesn't work for me. Hopefully we can still set something up for sometime soon!!
Feel better Michelle!
Hi all,
I am brand new to this site (I just joined a few minutes ago!) and I feel the same way as many of you. I live in middlesex county and I am looking to make new friends and meet people who like to do things and have fun!
And feel free to send me a message to become friends...since I am at zero I can only go up! :)
Hi Pam,
Welcome! Where in Middlesex County do you live? I live in Woodbridge and I'm always for doing something in the area especially on weekends. Check out the events held in New Brunswick. I've been to a few and I've liked them.
