Spring tennis THIS Saturday - Mercer County Park or Edison Park in Middlesex County PLEASE VOTE!

Hi everyone:

Quite a few people seem interested in playing tennis this Saturday 10 a.m. From the discussion in "spring tennis" it seems that some people prefer playing at Mercer County Park while others prefer Edison Park in Middlesex County. Both venues have TONS of tennis courts so a large turnout shouldn't be a problem.

But we do need to figure out which park we're going to play at! Per Meghan's suggestion, I've started this discussion to finalize the location and see if we have enough interest for playing this Saturday.

Please vote below by replying either Edison Park or Mercer County Park by Friday noon (sorry for the short notice) so that Friday we can determine where we will be and have directions, meeting place, etc.

Whoever is coming, please bring your own tennis balls if you have them just so that we have enough. I have three which I will bring. I guess we can meet at the tennis courts?

Sorry I wasn't able to make it. If there is anyone who is interested in hitting during the week let me know. I'm looking to get back into it. I'm I guess intermediate level after I warm up a bit. Haha. Email me!!!

I'll definitely do another weekend, as I was looking forward to it since I haven't played in so long. Unfortunately, I ended up having a car issue last night that caused me not to make it this morning.

Sorry to hear that Benita. I would definitely like to try for another weekend. How about a Sunday? Maybe next Sunday the 18th or the following, the 25th? Saturdays are booked for me the next few weeks. Thoughts?

What happened on Saturday?!? - i biked with a friend to the park but nobody else came out. I did arrive there a bit after 10AM though. Still managed to get my body aching from my first tennis practice of the season. Yes, i suppose i am getting old :)
