Sorry Jim but it is better left as off the calendar right now.. I need to work on finding an NYC venue willing to work with us. Most are way too busy!
Hi All-
Let's have a quick roll call for our meet-up at 230 Fifth of Thursday evening. Tracie will not be able to join us after all, so I'd like to see if anyone else is thinking that they may need to opt out. The forecast is looking good so far, so we should have good visibility from the rooftop.
Kevin and Deb have already replied "yes" on the thread. Who else is in? If necessary we can reschedule for a time when Tracie et al can join in the fun.
Take care,
Jim
Just a thought, provided we still have a decent group planning to come Thursday (say 5 people?), I'd favor keeping this one scheduled and planning a second one when Tracie can make it. I'm all for making this a semi-regular thing -- we certainly came up with a few great-sounding rooftop places I'd love to check out together this summer.
Hi Deborah,
Agreed. Let's move forward with the plan to meet at 6:30 pm on Thursday and we'll get together again later in June. We're in the cocktail capital of the world, and I'm sure we'll have no difficulty finding good places to meet-up in the summer.

Godfrey/Deborah/Kevin-
I'm afraid that I won't be able to make it to 230 Fifth this evening. I'm not working in Manhattan today. Please don't let this dissuade you guys from going as my "hosting" would add very little value anyway. :)
Have a great time, and I hope to catch-up with you next month, when we can (hopefully) attract more members in the city.
