Hi! I just moved to Morris County from the Philly area and am really interested in getting together with other classical musicians in the area to play chamber music and/or go to classical concerts together!

I've been actively playing the violin for 20+ years and am looking for other actively playing pianists and cellists to sight read the piano trio repertoire, or other string players to read through the string quartet literature!

Top on my list to play are the Brahms B major Op. 8, Arensky d minor Op. 32, Shostakovich e minor Op. 67, and basically all of the Beethoven string quartets. If this sounds appealing to you, PLEASE REPLY!! :D

Hi Julie,

I would be interested in going to classical concerts.  I never played any string instruments, but I played the trumpet for many years and have always liked classical music.  Are there areas in the North Jersey area that have good concerts?
