Looking for an apartment and possibly roomie in Sea Girt/Belmar/Wall/surrounding areas.

Hello Everyone,

I've been searching CraigsList for a cute, clean and affordable apartment in the Sea Girt  / Belmar / Wall / Brielle area. Looks like a may need to go with a roomie. I really would love to move into the Heights at Spring Lake Heights apartments.

Would anyone happen to know of where I can find something? A winter rental would even work. My budget is unfort. only $700 a month.

Interested in finding a clean, respectful, female roomie around my age. (I'm 24)
I work an 8:30 to 5. Very easy to get a long with but I'm a light sleeper and would like a responsible roomie who won't be having parties.

Please let me know if you have any ideas.

Thanks!

Marisa

I did a winter rental 2002-2003 in Manasquan. I think it was $550 a month and I got the rental through the Wood agency in Manasquan (there was no broker fee). However, it was in a tidal flood zone, so keep that in mind in some of the beach areas.

Hope this helps!
Thanks so much!! Oh man how bad was the flooding? I'd like to stay away from Manasquan is possible.

Marisa let me know if you find anything decent or can offer any suggestions, I work in Wall and I am also looking to move down to the area. I have been looking at everything between Bradley Beach and Toms River closer to the beach the better, so far the prices are just out of my reach and I also need to find a place that allows a dog. Goodluck in your search though.
Hi, I live in a condo in Wall and I always see apartments for rent in the Coast Star newspaper which is a local paper. Did you check there?
