Fall Activities - Paintball
Ok so, in spirit of the upcoming fall season and seeing as how it won't be as brutally hot anymore, I was thinking of getting a paintball group together. Mind you, i've never played paintball, but the idea of getting pelted with paint actually sounds kind of fun! Would anyone be interested?

I actually posted Paintball in the "Fall Activites" discussion, and thought of throwing it out there : ) I'd be up for going, depending on the date you pick. I've gone 3 times, but it's been years; and, yes, they do hurt : ( We have used Skirmish in PA, and we used one in Milford (I think?) last time. I can help you look up some sites if you need. Helps to keep an eye out for a deal that includes the equipment fees, paintballs etc. They never give you enough paintballs - on purpose - so you have to buy a box in addition, but split amongst the group, i don't think it's too bad.
My Sept and Oct are a mess right now, so it may be difficult for me to find a date to join you, but I can certainly help you plan and see what happens. As of now, my only free day in Sept is Sat. the 11th, but I think there are a few other events that day?

It looks like a Sunday is best for everyone - Holly is there a Sunday that you're free?
I think there's a paintball place in Jackson (???) but I'll ask around and see what I can find.

I'm a Giants fan, but just love watching NFL football in general; so, I camp out in front of a TV on Sundays in Fall. As a result, I try to stay away from making plans, but... that said...
I did see that there is one in Jackson, right near/next to Great Adventure. It'd be great if anyone wanted to combine a paintball/GA trip, I haven't been on the rides in a few years - and think GA has discounted prices after 4? I wonder if they jack up the price at that paintball place though? Anyway - Sun Oct 3, or Sun Oct 24th are possibilities for me (Giants play at 8, then Mon night on those dates) : ) And, I assume the 24th would fall during their Fright Fest time - could be good/bad. I went to it a couple times and didn't think the lines were any more ridiculous than other times. But, honestly, don't plan around me if another date is better for everyone, just thinking out loud...

Yay! Finally a fellow Giants NJYP fan!!! (Can't tell you how many Jets fans ive come across here!) I should also post some football watching events too!
I typically stay away during fright fest due to the "crowds" that go.
