Event Description

If you are looking for a great, new 5K experience and want to help raise funds for Children's Specialized Hospital, your Children's Miracle Network Hospital, I hope you will join us for Dance Dash!

We are proud to debut this 5k event which is quite literally a 5k with a twist! This 5k challenges participants to not only walk or run a 5k course, but also learn some rad dance moves along the way. Each mile, participants will stop and learn a quick jig. It might be a swing dance, a country line dance, hip-hop or something else, but we promise it's awesome and you're going to love it! Then at the end of the course, everyone will combine their new dance skills with the group for a large, flash-mob dance party.
