New Jersey Wine Festivals is pleased to invite you to our 2nd Annual Winter Wine Festival on Friday, February 21, 2014, at the Hilton Short Hills, New Jersey’s Premier Urban Resort.

Raise a glass and warm up with us at this special winter tasting... featuring amazing wines, delicious light bites, a super crowd of wine-lovers, PLUS cool contemporary live jazz!

Enjoy 150+ Curated Wines at our Exciting Winter Wine Event...

• Taste a wide variety of different wines selected by the experts of the Wine Library
• Cleanse your palate with delicious hors d’oeuvres
• Get tasting tips directly from the experts at each tasting table 
• Learn about wine and food pairings, finding great values, and selecting the right vintage
• Interact with top wine connoisseurs at an optional, informative private class during the event
• Enjoy LIVE contemporary jazz from guitarist JJ Sansaverino and his band... adding a cool musical vibe to the festive atmosphere

WINE & FOOD: Taste over 150 wines  -- something for every palate’s pleasure. As an accompaniment to the wine, the Hilton's AAA Four Diamondaward winning culinary experts will provide a first class selection of hors d'oeuvres, antipasto, pasta, cheese, and breads.  Plus, there will be an assortment of specialty food vendors sampling their products.  Recently these have included: gourmet nuts, pate and terrines, award winning bakeries, chocolate, jams, and more.

WINE CLASSES: Two (2) wine classes will be held in our special tasting area at 7:30PM and 8:30PM.  An expert instructor will conduct a side-by-side tasting of 5 special wines, explaining grape varietal origins and providing tasting notes for each. Class cost is an additional $25 per person and advance reservations must be made online or by phone during ticket purchase. This is an opportunity to attend a 30-40 minute small group session during the event to expand your knowledge of wine.  Class sizes are limited so be sure to RESERVE EARLY! 

MUSIC: Enjoy world-class contemporary jazz from guitarist JJ Sansaverino and his band.
