Do you want so spend a beautiful day outside with other Young Professionals? This is NJYP's 4th year running this hugely popular Tubing Trip! Expect tons of fun, tons of sun, splashing, swimming, beautiful scenery, and just an overall relaxing and exciting day on the water.
We will begin with a "Meet and Greet" while we wait for everyone to park and sign-in. They will then bus us to the drop-off point on the river and we will begin our ride on the slow current. About mid-way down the river we will stop for lunch at "The Famous River Hotdog Man" (included in the price). After the meal we coast to the end of our voyage and wrap up our lazy day on the river with a bus ride back to our cars. There is an Optional "on your own" dinner/drinks event at Triumph Brewery so bring directions and team up with your new river friends.
Please Note:
This place is VERY busy on Saturdays so please be courteous to everyone else and arrive on time (9:30am). Sometimes their parking gets backed up or people forget they will need extra time to get dressed and end up waiting on line at the changing room. If you are not there and READY with your tube by 10am you may miss the bus.
Schedule:
9:30 Sign-in and pick out tubes; Meet and Greet.
10:00-2:00 Ride down the River (estimated).
Time on the river is 3-4 hours, depending on the current.
Tips and Tricks:
* Wear footwear (required) that can get very wet. You will lose your flip flops in the river so wear something that is snug.
* Don’t bring sunglasses unless you have a strap that will keep them on.
* Come dressed in a bathing suit and already wearing sun block.
* Leave your towel in the car.
* Drink lots of water pre-trip, you will lose that water bottle!
* A 3 foot piece of rope can help in MANY ways!
* Overall if you don't want it to get wet, leave it in your car.
* There are bathrooms and changing rooms so bring dry clothes for after.
* Life jackets and a key check will be provided at no additional cost.

78 West to Exit 15. Take Route 513 South for a very long time. This is a truck route so it twists and turns. Just keep following signs for 513 South. From 513 you will take 29 South (which also turns so if you cross the Del. River you missed a turn) for 1 mile until you see Delaware River Tubing on your left. Just look for the boat pictured http://www.delawarerivertubing.com/Directions.html, you can't miss it.
Parking:
$6 per car so try to carpool!
